		<description>He looks like an Effanbee Happy Boy but in Batman uniform.  I have a Happy Boy that I got in the 60's.  Their date and markings are usually light but in the small of his back, on the feet, or sometimes right on their rear end. :)   The paint might be hiding it.   Did you buy it new or used?  Just curious.  He looks cool.  Good find.
