I’ve gotta thank you. I bought what I now now is the Sir Lancelot figure for ¢50 at a flea market about 15 years ago, minus the cape. I recently dug him out and had been wondering W(here)TF he came from. Was he some bizarre mexican wrestler figure? Was he from some obscure Rankin & Bass film I’ve never heard of? Now I know!!!

Totally cool! These are the greatest skeleton figures ever! And how clever to make them into characters you don’t normally think of (real or fictitious). Great find for only $5 each. well done. I must add that the artwork on the card is brilliant. Reminds me of “Tombs of the Blind Dead”.

I had the Pancho Villa figure when I was little, and have been trying to remember what line he was from. I’m not sure if someone got him for me as a present or what, but I can’t imagine I would have picked out Pancho instead of any of the others. He seems to be the lame duck of the bunch. What kind of kid asks for a skeleton with a sombrero. I do distinctly remember wanting to go back to the store some day to get the Sparticus but never did.
