I didn’t make it and I honestly don’t remember where I snagged him, but, I will say it was many many moons ago. I go to soooooooo many flea markets, swap meets, antique stores, garage sales, hole in the wall old toy stores, toy shows, comic cons, etc… it could have come from anywhere.

I did get him around the same time I got the Underworld Warriors I hooked ya up w/.

If it doesn’t have any markings, I wonder if it’s part of something larger, like a playset or a group of figures. It’s amazing that a figure can be both well-made and crappy at the same time.

Great posting. It’s arms are slightly out of scale.
So I would guess an import myself. With those
big cheek bones maybe it’s the skeleton of that
“Old” puppet “Madam” from the sixty’s. Check
out Ed Sullivan’s show.
